Who We Are
The Association shall be known as "BIHAR IT Service Association" and its Head Office shall be located at Patna.
The Supreme authority of the Association shall vest in the General Body consisting of all members of the association. The affairs of the Association shall be managed and conducted by the State Executive Committee with the assistance of and through the state, Districts & sub divisional Committees. The State Executive Committee shall be the Chief Executive Organ of the Association.
The Association shall have three tier organizational setup, viz. State Committee and the District Committee at the District (or any other suitable unit) and state levels respectively.
- To encourage, develop and establishment skills for better prospects.
- Facilitate and contribute to the harmonisation of regulatory procedures for working issues towards accepted standard parameters.
- To foster unity and solidarity as well as to build healthy and strong organisation independently with every units.
- To hold meetings, discussions and seminars in order to pool and disseminate knowledge and experience.
- To improve the prospects, status and morals of the services
- To safeguard the honour and dignity of the profession in general and the service in particular.
- Establish and maintain relationships with other relevant organisations pursuing similar or related objectives.
- Assist in the development of skills towards defined parameters by the departments.
